Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to Camlin customers
- Analyze reported customer issues and produce findings and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather technical information
- Communicate regularly with customers via phone and email regarding support cases
- Offer live support during installations, commissioning, and repairs
- Create work instructions and training documentation for customers and engineers
- Maintain accurate records of field installations and service resolutions
- Capture and report quality issues identified in the field
- Adhere to assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Undertake additional tasks as required to support smooth operation
