Requirements
Must:
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with technical support processes
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities
- Remain professional and courteous while providing exceptional customer support
- Conduct technical analysis of customer-reported issues and document findings
- Liaise with internal departments to gather information for resolving complex issues
- Provide regular updates to customers via phone and email on their support cases
- Offer live support to Field Service Engineers, customers, and partners during installations and repairs
- Create work instructions and training documentation for customers and field engineers
- Document and maintain accurate records of field installations and service resolutions
- Capture and report quality issues discovered in the field following the NCR and RCA processes
- Maintain assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) at acceptable levels
- Assist in troubleshooting units in the field as needed
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the Technical Support function
