Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a product manager with a background in software engineering
- Experience delivering products to customers in the Energy sector (e.g. Network Management, Flexibility, Asset Management)
- Familiarity with modern cloud-based web applications and platforms
- Technically minded and passionate about solving complex issues
- Customer-focused and eager to learn about driving value for clients
- Good communication skills and comfortable speaking to stakeholders
- Proactive and capable of working independently
- Experience with agile methodologies in a multi-team environment (desirable)
- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle (desirable)
- A deep interest in sustainability, green energy, and achieving net zero (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Refine feature roadmap to align with business priorities and solution roadmap
- Collaborate with Product Owners in defining and documenting new features
- Work with internal stakeholders to support the delivery of new features and perform acceptance testing
- Aid the service support teams and lead incident response and management
- Actively engage with stakeholders and industry to communicate product capabilities and best practices
- Provide insights into product usage to help identify features that could be improved or deprecated
- Proactively engage with service support teams to identify areas for improvement in product supportability and implementation
- Evaluate tender specifications and define the best solution in collaboration with the sales team
- Follow the delivery of complex projects and provide support and instruction to the Global Service Department team
