We are looking for someone with a technical product management background in the tech sector, along with an understanding of pre-sales solutions support. You should have experience managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and managing a small development team to ensure deadlines are met. A proactive, research-led approach to problem-solving is essential, as are strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, you should have a passion for digital innovation and user experience.
Responsibilities
In this newly created role, you will own the full product lifecycle, shaping the roadmap, gathering customer insights, writing specifications, and working closely with cross-functional teams across Development, Sales, and Delivery. You will play a central role in delivering digital products that include customer portals, collaboration tools, and enterprise websites. Additionally, you will contribute to go-to-market planning and support pre-sales when needed.
