Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in IT systems management
- Experience in engineering or distribution businesses
- Knowledge of Telecoms, security, and infrastructure management
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors
- Experience in risk assessment and relationship management with insurers and auditors
- Familiarity with hardware and software sourcing and selection across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior management
- Ability to design and implement strategic IT plans
Responsibilities
- Produce annual risk assessments for IT systems
- Collaborate with business insurers and auditors to maintain system integrity
- Design and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure
- Develop IT strategies in collaboration with the Senior Management team
- Manage relationships with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors
- Provide hands-on infrastructure support when required
- Proactively manage Telecoms, security, and alarm providers
- Audit service levels and negotiate contracts for approval
