Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert for all things CameraMatics, from software and hardware troubleshooting to connectivity and integration support. Empower your team to deliver swift and effective support to our customers.
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing technical support team. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and exceptional customer service.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and drive continuous improvement.
- Streamline workflows, implement best practices, and ensure seamless support experiences for our customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their unique needs, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Monitor support metrics, analyze trends, and leverage data to continuously improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Where escalations are raised, go beyond surface-level troubleshooting, understand the why, conduct a root cause analysis and lead process change.
