Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Product Management for high-value, low-volume technology products
- Minimum 5 years in Product Management or a closely related role
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong ability to conduct discovery sessions with users
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and presentations
- Strong analytical skills to gather market insights and identify opportunities
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate new technologies
- Willingness to travel worldwide, up to 25% of the role
- Experience with monitoring or measurement systems and network architectures is beneficial
- Familiarity with telecoms/datacoms ecosystems and network equipment (switches, routers, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Understand strategic objectives to deliver products that leverage technical expertise
- Identify current and future user needs through research and interaction
- Work independently and collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to prioritize projects that add value
- Manage the scope of development projects, balancing timeliness, cost, and customer requirements
- Communicate the value of solutions to stakeholders through educational materials and presentations
- Represent the company at global promotional events including exhibitions and trade shows
- Track and articulate key data to assist in forecasting and competitive analysis
