Requirements

Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of CalMacs data and information governance strategy
- Design and embed practical, scalable governance frameworks, standards, and controls
- Act as a trusted advisor in data and information governance, influencing senior leaders and stakeholders across the business
- Champion best practices in data quality, data protection, records management, and information lifecycle management
- Translate legislation and regulatory requirements into workable, real-world solutions
- Work autonomously, prioritizing activity and driving progress without the need for close supervision
- Play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide change and long-term investment programmes
