Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise test automation strategies.
- Proven delivery of risk-based testing approaches, ideally using Tricentis LiveCompare.
- Hands-on expertise with Tosca and Selenium across SAP and non-SAP environments.
- Experience leading test teams, managing backlogs, and supporting incident-driven testing.
- Solid understanding of agile delivery models, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- ISTQB Foundation certification (or equivalent) and a relevant degree or transferable experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact test automation and risk-based quality assurance.
- Shape testing strategy to reduce production risk and embed automation and quality in delivery.
- Design and operate a robust Risk-Based Testing approach using Tricentis LiveCompare.
- Integrate insights into Tosca and Selenium frameworks to optimize regression coverage.
- Work closely with development, architecture, and operations teams to ensure efficient and scalable testing.
- Lead and coach a team of test automation specialists and augmented resources.
- Drive optimization, innovation, and quality uplift across the Testing Centre of Excellence.
