Requirements
Must:
- Strong Cyber Security Background β 4+ years of experience in Cyber Security or related fields, with proven expertise in managing complex incidents and enhancing detection capabilities.
- Technical Credentials β Relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Sec+, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent, and a solid grasp of SIEM or XDR tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).
- Operational Versatility β Ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Confidence β Skilled in building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from field operatives to senior management.
- Continuous Learning β Eagerness to learn, develop, and share knowledge with colleagues, and stay updated on emerging security threats, trends, and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the security operations that safeguard our digital future, ensuring the secure and reliable operation of our IT and OT environments.
- Manage complex incidents and execute technical initiatives that enhance our detection capabilities.
- Mentor and serve as a technical advisor for junior analysts, fostering their development and growth.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage incidents effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement in our security operations by embedding best practices and optimizing incident detection and response.
