Requirements
Must:
- You should be a finance-savvy analyst with a passion for project delivery and a sharp eye for detail.
- Professional Qualifications: You should be qualified or studying towards CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
- Project Accounting Experience: We require a background in project or management accounting roles.
- Technical Skills: You should have advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication.
- Collaborative Mindset: You should be able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Commercial Awareness: You should have an understanding of operational activities and business processes.
Responsibilities
- You will drive financial clarity and assurance across transformation, managing investment, performance, and governance across Cadent's IT portfolio.
- This role involves leading financial monitoring, forecasting, and reporting across IT projects, BAU spend, and regulatory investment plans.
- You will support PMO activities, facilitate finance surgeries, and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and the wider business.
- You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across IT projects.
- You will support PMO activities including reporting, lessons learned, and investment tracking.
- You will work closely with Finance, PMO, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment.
- You will contribute to RIIO-3 reporting and ensure compliance with investment plans.
- You will champion better ways of working and drive commercial decision-making.
