- A degree in IT or Cybersecurity, ITIL Foundation, and ideally CIAM, CISSP, or CISM certifications.
- Extensive hands-on experience in IT, specifically with Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, and MS 365.
- A solid knowledge of system technologies, monitoring tools, processes, and incident handling in a 24/7 support environment.
- Experience in configuring, implementing, developing, and supporting complex solutions, alongside demonstrated vendor/stakeholder management skills.
- Technical curiosity to ensure continuous skills enhancement and familiarity with cutting-edge technologies.
- Experience with various delivery methods and tools, including Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, Prince2, KANBAN, and JIRA.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, with the ability to translate complex IT issues into business language.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow.
- Experience in the regulated utility industry is preferred.
- Understanding of UK Data Privacy legislation.

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, support, and optimization of IAM and PAM services across the enterprise, including enabling SSO for new SaaS applications.
- Ensure adherence to Change Management processes, providing technical validation to protect live services.
- Align IAM operations with NCSC CAF and regulatory obligations, managing adherence to IAM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supporting internal and external IAM security audits.
- Drive automation and integration to improve provisioning, revocation, and access governance.
- Collaborate across IT, business, and vendor teams to deliver secure solutions.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in identity management, including maintaining service health through development of maintenance plans and roadmaps.

Description
As part of the IAM team, our mission is to enhance the user experience for our colleagues by simplifying, improving, and automating access to systems and data for our digital identities, including Privileged Access Management (PAM). We work closely with both internal and external partners to improve access provisioning and revocation, ensuring that access is authenticated and granted based on the principle of least privilege. We are accountable for the ongoing development and deployment of automated access management processes and integrations, focusing on Cadent’s non-SAP platforms and systems. Our objective is to enhance governance related to digital identities while safeguarding Cadent's network and fulfilling regulatory obligations, thereby ensuring we remain aligned with both strategic goals and best practices.
