- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels

- Provide technical assurance and resolve complex incidents across cloud environments
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain service availability, security, and compliance
- Support projects that introduce new capabilities and drive innovation in cloud infrastructure
- Contribute to strategic decisions that shape our technology roadmap
