Lead Java Developer

In this role, I will be developing solutions for both Front End and Back End development using the Java programming language. I expect you to have a broad skill set that covers various aspects of development and to possess an in-depth understanding of the software development life cycle. Your responsibilities include understanding the makeup of L3 calls and leveraging your development skills to provide tactical and strategic solutions. This may involve development on both the client side (user interface) and server side (server logic and database). You will be self-organizing while working as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the end-to-end solution and fostering a culture of learning and transparency through agile and lean tools and techniques. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for service reuse, modularity, and standardization to optimize resources, look holistically at eliminating problems, and suggest improvements.
