Must:
- I am confident in working independently to manage and develop a Salesforce environment, from everyday admin tasks to more advanced configuration.
- I am proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of Salesforce strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- I possess strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related tools, with proven experience in delivering system enhancements, process improvement, and automation.
- I am skilled in building and optimizing Flows, automations, dashboards, and reports to drive efficiency, insight, and productivity.
- I am a clear and confident communicator, capable of translating complex business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
- I have a solid background as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with three or more years of experience in a similar role.
- I hold a Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification (preferable).
- I have awareness or experience of AI-powered Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
- I pay strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and document standards.
Responsibilities
- I will take ownership of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, ensuring it runs efficiently and continues to evolve in line with business needs.
- I will design, refine, and enhance automations, flows, and process functionality to improve efficiency and user experience.
- I will shape and deliver the Salesforce roadmap, driving ongoing improvements and innovation across the system.
- I will oversee integrations with external tools and third-party applications to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow.
- I will safeguard the quality, accuracy, and security of business data within Salesforce.
- I will act as CYFOR's Salesforce advocate, supporting users, gathering feedback, and delivering training to help teams get the most from the platform.
- I will introduce and implement new capabilities and solutions that contribute to better business performance.
- I will research, test, and guide the rollout of emerging Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Shield.
- I will partner closely with teams across Sales, Operations, Technical, and Leadership to ensure Salesforce aligns with company goals and supports strategic growth.
- I will always dress and act in a professional manner, representing CYFOR Group professionally in all interactions, leading by example, and adhering to safe working practices.
- I will participate constructively in the Annual Staff Review process and undertake any other reasonable tasks as required.

I will provide you with the opportunity to own a cutting-edge Salesforce environment powered by Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Shield. You will shape how technology drives smarter, data-led decisions across the business, while being the in-house specialist for insight, innovation, and solutions. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and operates with a high degree of independence and accountability. While there are no direct reports, collaboration across departments is essential for supporting and influencing how Salesforce is utilized throughout our organization. The role is typically based at CYFOR’s Head Office in Middleton, Greater Manchester, but may occasionally require travel to other locations as necessary to fulfill duties and responsibilities.
