Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in senior data architecture roles within a complex, customer-focused business.
- Deep knowledge of modern cloud and big data platforms.
- Proven track record of leading architectural transformation and designing scalable, secure data solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong leadership presence and effective communicator across all levels of the business.
- Proven ability to drive data innovation while maintaining governance and cost controls.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data lifecycle, and regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
As the Head of Data Architecture, you will lead a team of data architects and platform specialists and be accountable for enterprise-wide data architecture frameworks, tools, and roadmaps. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our data strategy, driving optimisation and innovation, and aligning the data architecture landscape with business priorities.
