Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in enterprise networking with hands-on experience across routing, switching and wireless technologies.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and experience with vendors such as Cisco, Juniper or similar.
- CCNA certification (mandatory) and proven ability to diagnose and solve complex network issues.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot network issues across hardware, software, and connectivity environments.
- Assist with configuring, installing, and testing routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless equipment.
- Monitor network performance and contribute to improvements that enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Support the implementation of security measures including VPNs, firewalls and intrusion detection.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with internal teams on technical projects.
