Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years experience in enterprise-level infrastructure support
- Strong knowledge of Azure and VMware
- Excellent understanding and experience managing Active Directory
- Experience in SAN and storage management
- Understanding of disaster recovery, high availability and business continuity planning
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain and improve multi-site IT infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments
- Manage and optimise Windows Servers, Azure services, VMware platforms and storage systems
- Respond to incidents and escalations to minimise downtime and business disruption
- Ensure systems are secure, patched and operating efficiently
- Maintain documentation and manage support tickets in line with service standards
Description
We are a well-established organisation specialising in secure data and information management services, located in Manchester. We offer a salary of up to £55,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package, ongoing training and certification support, and exposure to enterprise-scale infrastructure. You will also receive an on-call allowance and have opportunities for career progression within our growing infrastructure team.
