Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a strong 3rd Line IT Engineer who has experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You should possess a solid background in various IT skills, including Windows Desktop and Server, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Active Directory (AD), Azure, and Networking. A driving license is required for this role, as you will need to visit customer sites. Ideally, you are currently working at a 2nd or 3rd line level and are ready to take the next step in your career.
Responsibilities
As a 3rd Line Engineer, you will be situated in our Lancaster office and will be involved in supporting nearly 300 clients. This role is dynamic and encompasses both project work and ongoing support, with responsibilities split between 50% project-related tasks and 50% support activities. You will be engaged in the entire process—from design to deployment and ongoing service—contributing actively beyond standard support tasks.
