Requirements

Must:
- Third Level Education in a computer-related subject (programming, database development, web development) with 3 years recent experience in developing database and software systems. - Minimum 2 years hands-on experience working with Proclaim V3.2 or later at a technical/developer level. - Experience configuring Proclaim screen design, linked actions, document templates and option field lists. - Experience creating and running Proclaim queries and scheduling advanced reports. - Strong C#/VB.NET skills with emphasis on multi-threaded real-time GUI development. - Experience with ASP.NET, Microsoft Razor or Microsoft Blazor. - Familiarity with Xamarin Forms or .NET MAUI. - Proficient in SQL Server 2008 R2 or later, T-SQL programming, schema design, and debugging. - Strong problem-solving approach and ability to work independently without supervision. - Excellent communication skills in English (interpersonal, written, and oral).

Responsibilities

- Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with on the day of receipt. - Attend to mail, electronic mail, and telephone calls daily. - Consult task list and deal with initial enquiries professionally. - Respond promptly to client queries, providing sound advice and keeping users informed. - Carry out issue investigations and make decisions on applicable solutions. - Monitor ongoing issues and complete periodical checks for system performance. - Amend and add new system templates, designs, and layouts as required in Proclaim. - Document and communicate major workflow changes to system users. - Provide training and support to Proclaim users. - Assist in the purchase of computer hardware and ensure software licensing compliance. - Manage and document system changes and tasks on the Project Management System.
