Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in a Platform/DevOps Engineering role
- Strong experience with DevOps principles and software delivery automation
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and modern hosting models
- Familiarity with containers and cloud technologies
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complexity
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Automate infrastructure and development environments
- Provide scalable, reusable platform solutions to support delivery teams
- Embed DevOps practices that drive speed, security, and reliability
- Promote continuous improvement and modern engineering approaches
Description
We are a recruitment agency supporting a client in the financial services industry who is seeking a Platform/DevOps Engineer to join their team. This hybrid role allows for in-office work in Cardiff once a month and offers a salary of up to £55,000 on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
