Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in Identity, Access & Governance (IGA)
- Proven commercial experience designing and delivering identity solutions
- Deep knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Deep knowledge of identity lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers)
- Deep knowledge of Privileged Identity & Access Management (PIM / PAM)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise identity solutions across client engagements
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
- Own and champion key identity technologies and vendor relationships
- Contribute to service improvements and the development of new offerings
- Define, plan, and design identity solutions aligned to client requirements
- Lead and deliver workshops, requirements gathering, and solution presentations
- Support pre-sales activity with technical input into proposals
- Ensure high-quality documentation, design reviews, and delivery outcomes
- Work closely with consultants, project managers, and account teams
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing
- Stay current with industry and Microsoft developments, sharing insight across the business
Description
We are a leading Microsoft Gold Partner seeking an experienced Enterprise Identity Architect to join our established team. This fully remote position based in the UK offers a competitive salary of up to £85,000 plus benefits. In this role, you will work collaboratively with consultants, project leads, and sales teams, taking ownership of solution design and delivery while evolving our services and mentoring others in our practice.
