Must:
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in data architecture, ideally within large or complex organizations. You should have a strong capability in data modeling, governance, and metadata management, as well as experience working closely with technical and enterprise architects on data integration and alignment. Familiarity with data architecture tools, integration, or notation is essential. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of agile delivery methods and their implications for data architecture, along with a solid understanding of emerging data trends and their practical applications. Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly are also crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will need you to design and deliver data models, frameworks, and standards that support our wider business and technology architecture. You will develop and maintain enterprise data models to ensure strategic alignment and integration across platforms, leading the design and implementation of master data management solutions. Additionally, you'll support the development of our organization’s data and information strategy, oversee data governance, standards, and quality assurance processes, and collaborate with internal teams, delivery partners, and contractors to ensure consistent data practices. Advising and guiding technical teams to align with architectural principles and best practices will also be part of your responsibilities.
