Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and .NET
- Experience with SSRS for report design and development
- Familiarity with Inprotech applications (versions 11 onwards)
- Knowledge of scripting languages, including VBA, VB Script, and PowerShell
- Understanding of SQL Server administration and development, including T-SQL and Stored Procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Server (2016 or 2022) and network administration (Active Directory, security)
- Knowledge of IIS configuration and management
- Strong communication skills for liaising with end users and development teams
- Ability to manage and report on workload, tasks, and projects
Responsibilities
- Provide application configuration and maintenance of business systems, including CPA Inprotech Case Management software and iManage Worksite Document Management Systems
- Develop MS Office applications, including templates, data injection, and automation
- Assist in improving efficiency and productivity of staff through IT applications
- Liaise with end users, Inprotech Development Analysts, and Senior Software Developer to gather business requirements and deliver solutions
- Manage and optimize various SQL Server databases under the direction of the Applications and Development Manager
- Maintain application security and data privacy in accordance with ISO27001 standards
- Design and maintain Microsoft Office templates with data integrated from various sources
- Collaborate with other functions within the Technology Team and Finance
- Report on workload, tasks, and project progress
