- Experience in architecture across organizational contexts
- Ability to assess societal and industry trends impacting the organization
- Proficient in architecture communication techniques for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Skills in mediation and conflict resolution within architectural discussions
- Strong commercial perspective in contractual frameworks and supplier management
- Experience in community collaboration within teams or departments
- Competence in making high-risk architectural design decisions
- Ability to lead architectural governance and assurance processes
- Experience in enterprise architecture and influencing organizational structures
- Capability in defining and framing complex problems and facilitating solution options
Responsibilities
- Assess how trends in society and industry might impact our organization

- Coach team members in identifying and communicating important trends

- Solve complex issues between teams and departments
- Lead and evolve architectural design decisions characterized by high risks
- Represent architectural governance as part of wider organizational governance
- Lead the design of architectures that align with organizational objectives
- Help challenge requirements and assumptions while defining problems and identifying solutions
Description
We are seeking a qualified professional for a hybrid role based in Wiltshire/Hampshire, with occasional site travel. This position offers a contract length of 12 months inside IR35 and focuses on driving architectural excellence within our organization.
