Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in understanding supplier contracts
- Experience in dealing with and influencing multi-tier management
- Proven track record in a challenging commercial environment
- Experience in technical product evaluation
- Willingness to work with Computacenter partners to enhance subject matter expertise
- Strong product technical skills with accuracy under pressure
- Proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercially astute or comparable qualification
Responsibilities
- Advise business and customers on the right products at the right price and associated risks
- Provide consistent product evaluation to enhance competitiveness and profitability
- Facilitate technical product evaluation through various consultancy services
- Utilize Computacenter IP and market trend knowledge for commercial benchmarking
- Offer platform agnostic technical expertise across multiple operating systems
- Provide multi-vendor device options and maintain product margins
- Engage internationally to support Technology Sourcing capabilities
- Deliver accurate and current product information for smooth contract delivery
- Offer early visibility of product changes and roadmaps
- Serve as an escalation point for complex product requirements
- Liaise with colleagues to adopt best practices
- Build and maintain relationships with Senior Management and stakeholders
- Support environmental agendas through sustainability initiatives
- Contribute to business strategy to align with GTS targets
- Achieve high customer satisfaction
- Cascade and deliver objectives effectively
- Negotiate contractual or commercial terms
