Requirements
Must:
- 7 years working in a similar Business Analyst / Project management role
- At least 3 years within IT Service Management
- Experience as the lead business analyst and project manager for an application development project in a medium to large size company
- Strong experience with ServiceNow applications: ITSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM
- Understanding of integration capability within ServiceNow
- Administration experience of a ServiceNow instance, including delegation of groups and modification of workflows
- Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Configuration Management
- Experience within a hybrid Agile/Scrum / Waterfall framework
- Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle, including requirements analysis and systems design
- Ability to write high-quality requirements documents, test plans, project plans, and user guides
- Excellent communication skills to drive and influence others
- Ability to lead technical teams and handle technical and business issues
Responsibilities
- Analyze enhancement requests and prioritize them in collaboration with users and key stakeholders
- Define requirements, processes, procedures, and reporting for new modules and applications
- Lead workshops to ensure alignment of requirements across technical and business teams
- Ensure all requirements are aligned with industry best practices
- Own the delivery of enhancements and new systems, ensuring thorough testing of solutions
- Work in geographically spread Agile teams to write user stories, perform functional testing, and create documentation
- Produce project plans, highlight reports, exceptions reports, and risk & issue logs as required
