ServiceNow Senior Functional Consultant

- 7 years working in a similar Business Analyst / Project Management role - At least 3 years within IT Service Management - Experience as the lead business analyst and project manager for an application development project in a medium to large organization - Proven experience analyzing and delivering enhancement requests for a core business system in a medium to large company - Strong experience with ServiceNow applications: ITSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM - Understanding of the full features and capabilities of ServiceNow - Administrative experience with a ServiceNow instance, including group delegation and modifying CMS, workflows, and business rules - Knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Configuration Management as per ITIL - Experience within a hybrid Agile/Scrum / Waterfall framework - Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle processes, including requirements analysis and systems design - Ability to write high-quality requirements documents, test plans, and user guides - Competence in leading technical teams on development functionality and changes - Hands-on application functionality testing skills - Strong ability in designing business processes, performing requirements analysis, and facilitating workshops - Excellent communication skills to influence others across the organization - Capability to take ownership of both technical and business issues and drive to resolution
