Requirements
Must:
- Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 and on-premises Active Directory, including Entra ID, Single Sign-On, and Identity Governance & Access Management
- Strong expertise in SharePoint (Online and On-Premises) with experience in complex migration projects
- Experience designing and delivering multi-technology solutions
- Graduate-level background or equivalent experience within a large organization or the IT industry
- Relevant technical certifications or accreditations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in presenting to senior audiences
- Ability to lead and coordinate large, virtual technical teams
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Clear understanding of how technology solutions drive business value
Responsibilities
- Shape, design, and deliver innovative solutions for our customers
- Lead customer engagements by analyzing requirements, gathering insights, and recommending effective, scalable solutions
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert during presales activities, supporting opportunity qualification and solution design
- Design and deliver complex Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SharePoint solutions, including migrations of sites, content, workflows, and forms
- Present confidently to customers, validate requirements, and support knowledge transfer
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants within project teams
- Collaborate on larger programs to ensure smooth handover to support teams
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders across Computacenter
- Stay current with emerging technologies, market trends, and Microsoft strategies
