Change Analyst

- Evaluating Change Requests for impact, risk, and alignment with business objectives - Facilitating approvals by coordinating with stakeholders for proper authorization and scheduling - Maintaining accurate documentation of all changes for compliance and audit purposes - Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance change governance - Ensuring all Requests for Changes are registered on the Tool Management System - Vetting all RFCs and ensuring timely approvals by authorized approvers - Updating the Tool Management System with progress on each RFC, including actions taken - Efficiently processing Emergency Changes in line with established procedures - Communicating approved changes to all affected service owners and the SOC Bridge - Coordinating change building, testing, and implementation with necessary parties - Ensuring all RFCs are closed in a timely manner - Attending and/or chairing CAB meetings when requested - Managing risks associated with changes and challenging requests as necessary - Engaging with Configuration Management - Escalating issues in line with company processes to meet customer demands - Acting in accordance with Information Security Policies and reporting any security risks - Owning the Remote Services Forward Schedule of Changes and communicating updates - Providing ad-hoc and routine change management reports as needed
