ServiceNow Senior Functional Consultant - Hatfield

- 7 years working in a similar Business Analyst / Project Management role - Minimum of 3 years experience in IT Service Management - Experience as the lead business analyst and project manager for application development projects in medium to large companies - Strong experience working with ServiceNow applications: ITSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM - Knowledge of integration capabilities within ServiceNow - Administration experience of a ServiceNow instance including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and solution revisions - Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Configuration Management as it relates to ITIL - Experience working within Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks - Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processing, including requirements analysis and systems design - Ability to write high-quality requirements documents, test plans, project plans, user guides, highlight reports, and release notes - Proficiency in leading technical teams on functionality development and changes during the development lifecycle - Capability to perform hands-on application functionality testing prior to user acceptance - Skills in designing business processes, performing requirements analysis, and conducting workshops - Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive and influence others - Strong ownership of both technical and business issues, driving them to resolution
