Requirements
Must:
- 7 years working in a similar Business Analyst / Project management role
- At least 3 years of experience within IT Service Management
- Experience as the lead business analyst and project manager for an application development project
- Proven track record delivering projects in medium to large size companies
- Strong experience with ServiceNow applications: ITSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM
- Understanding of integration capability within ServiceNow
- Administration experience of a ServiceNow instance, including workflows and business rules
- Knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident management, problem management, change management
- Experience in hybrid Agile/Scrum / Waterfall frameworks
- Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle, requirements analysis, and systems design
- Proficient in writing high-quality documentation: requirements documents, test plans, project plans
- Ability to lead technical teams on functionality and changes needed during development
- Hands-on experience in application functionality testing
- Capability to design business processes and perform requirements analysis
- Excellent communication skills to drive and influence stakeholders
- Ability to take ownership of technical and business issues and drive to resolution
Responsibilities
- Work with users and key stakeholders to analyze enhancement requests
- Prioritize requests and collaborate with technical teams and external suppliers
- Define requirements, processes, procedures, and reporting for new modules and applications
- Lead workshops for alignment of requirements and solutions across teams
- Ensure alignment of requirements to industry best practices
- Own the delivery of enhancements and new components and systems
- Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and meet specified functional requirements
- Collaborate in geographically spread Agile teams, writing user stories and conducting functional testing
- Produce project plans, highlight reports, exceptions reports, and risk logs as needed
