Requirements

Must:
- Current UK SC clearance or willing to undertake it - Proven implementation experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) - Experience with various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, GRC, IRM, and CSDM - Over 5 years of experience in similar roles within the ServiceNow ecosystem - Proven expertise in multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform, including functionality, database structure, developer APIs, and development tools - Proficient in Web Technologies (e.g., JavaScript, SOAP/REST web services, XML & JSON) - Strong customer-facing skills in both virtual and face-to-face settings - Ability to provide technical leadership and support to the Centre of Excellence - Experience with Software Development Lifecycle in Agile and Waterfall projects - Self-managing with the ability to work independently or as part of a team - Skilled in managing customer expectations - Effective active listening skills

Responsibilities

- Design and build high-quality ServiceNow solutions - Provide advice and guidance on ServiceNow implementation and best practices - Deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations based on business process requirements - Communicate complex issues to meet business and customer requirements - Stay updated with market developments, technologies, products, and strategies - Ensure adherence to coding and design standards and provide technical documentation - Increase application operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements - Assist with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) - Escalate issues in line with company processes to meet customer demands - Attend and present at customer meetings to ensure understanding of requirements - Record, qualify, and question customer requirements, especially in complex projects - Collaborate across all ServiceNow Centre of Excellence teams - Provide technical design authority and mentor junior team members - Act as a role model by sharing internal best practices
