Senior Functional Consultant

- 7 years working in a similar Business Analyst / Project management role - At least 3 years of experience within IT Service Management - Experience as the lead business analyst and project manager for application development projects in medium to large size companies - Strong experience working with ServiceNow applications: ITSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, understanding full features and capabilities - Experience with integration capability within ServiceNow - Administration experience of a ServiceNow instance including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and catalog items - Understanding of Incident management, problem management, change management, release management, and configuration management as it relates to ITIL - Experience working within a hybrid Agile/Scrum/Waterfall framework - Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle including requirements analysis and systems design - Ability to write high-quality requirements documents, test plans, project plans, user guides, highlight reports, and release notes - Ability to lead technical teams on functionality development and changes during the development lifecycle - Capability to perform hands-on application functionality testing prior to user acceptance testing - Competence in designing business processes, performing requirements analysis, and running requirements workshops - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive and influence others across the organization - Strong ownership of both technical and business issues, driving them to resolution
