Requirements
Must:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Communication skills in French beneficial but not essential
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Specific accreditation on relevant systems (SAP, Salesforce) beneficial
- Working knowledge of dependency between logistics, sales & purchasing required
- Ability to demonstrate value creation by identifying problems, prioritizing alternatives, and implementing solutions
- Up-to-date knowledge of Tech Sourcing technology using relevant industry sources
- Skills to develop best practice policies and procedures for usage standards
- In-depth knowledge of the broader IT market and ability to articulate key trends beneficial but not essential
Responsibilities
- Design & deliver to the defined global system vision
- Define global usage standards of these tools across the group
- Evaluate impact to business performance throughout design and delivery phases
- Ensure continual improvement of business as usual (BAU) in-life systems
- Support existing system owners with the development roadmap for tools and provide recommendations for improvements
- Assist with app enhancement activities for all systems
- Assess app enhancement requests for all systems
- Provide oversight of development, backlog, testing, and release for agreed app enhancements
- Ensure alignment of system functionality to legislative requirements
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Review business communications and training collateral for relevant systems
- Input to project managers to support effective project planning
- Contribute to cutover and go-live planning
- Provide input into hypercare plan and resourcing requirements

Currently, our team consists of 8 members, with plans to expand over the next year. We focus on customer success and continually refine Group Technology Sourcings global processes and systems. Our goal is to drive meaningful change within the business while measuring and tracking both qualitative and quantitative benefits.
