Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in understanding supplier contracts
- Experience in dealing with and influencing multi-tier management
- Proven track record in a challenging commercial environment
- Experience in technical product evaluation
- Willingness to work with Computacenter partners to enhance subject matter expertise
- Strong product technical skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercially astute experience or comparable qualification
Responsibilities
- Advise business and customers on suitable products for their needs at the right price
- Provide product evaluation to enhance competitiveness and increase win rates
- Facilitate technical evaluations of products via various consultancy methods
- Use market knowledge and third-party tools for commercial benchmarking
- Offer platform agnostic high-level technical expertise
- Provide multi-vendor device options for maintaining product margins
- Engage internationally with partners and customers to meet contractual obligations
- Deliver accurate product information for smooth contract delivery
- Provide early visibility of product changes and roadmaps
- Act as a point of escalation for complex technology sourcing requirements
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure best practices are adopted
- Establish relationships with Senior Management for internal and external networking
- Support customers environmental agenda through sustainability reporting
- Understand the roles of team members and provide pre-sales and delivery support
- Contribute to business strategy for growth in alignment with GTS targets
- Achieve high customer satisfaction levels and deliver objectives effectively
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with suppliers
- Work across multiple geographies to support Group-wide product lifecycle processes

We are a focused specialist team within the Technology Sourcing (TS) Europe Commercial Office, offering in-depth commercial and operational skills to support our customers. Our expertise in Device Lifecycle Management adds value to both our customers and Computacenter. We collaborate seamlessly with GTS, Finance, Sales, GPS, and GMS to drive growth and develop new commercial strategies. Our team is dedicated to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels while contributing to a sustainable future.
