Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Microsofts roadmap for Windows and Office Pro Plus Feature Releases
- Experience with incident management and 3rd line support
- Technical consultancy skills, including experience in conducting workshops and presentations
- Familiarity with SCCM/Intune for deployment management
- Ability to translate technical changes into risk assessments and impact reports
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and customers
Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate Feature Release changes for Windows and Office Pro Plus
- Deliver the Internal Model Office process and advisory outputs
- Collaborate on risk assessments for customer estates
- Act as a single point of contact for technical queries and escalations
- Investigate failed deployments in SCCM/Intune
- Own and resolve 3rd line incidents via the Remedy queue
- Implement remediation activities for service shortfalls
- Create and present Feature Release impact reports to Service Management and customers
