Change Analyst - Milton Keynes

- Evaluate Change Requests for impact, risk, and alignment with business objectives - Facilitate approvals by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure changes are properly authorized and scheduled - Maintain accurate documentation of all changes for compliance and audit purposes - Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance change governance - Ensure all Requests for Changes are registered on the Tool Management System for tracking and auditing - Vet all RFCs and ensure timely and correct approvals by authorized approvers - Update progress and actions on logged RFCs in the Tool Management System - Process Emergency Changes efficiently in line with Change Management procedures - Communicate approved changes to all affected service owners and the SOC Bridge - Coordinate change building, testing, and implementation with relevant parties - Close all RFCs in a timely manner - Attend and/or chair CAB meetings in the absence of the Change Manager - Manage engagements with Configuration Management and escalate issues as needed - Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any security risks - Own and maintain the Remote Services Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC) - Provide ad-hoc and routine change management reports as required
