Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a 2nd line support mobile endpoint engineering role.
- Working knowledge of Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Manager.
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager.
- Understanding of Entra ID and M365.
- Experience with Android Enterprise Manager and Samsung KNOX.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile operating system configuration.
- Experience in Mobile Device Management through Organisation Groups.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage incident queues and SLAs.
- Desirable technical knowledge of mobile automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Support the mobile operating system environment for a specific managed service customer.
- Oversee the configuration and in-life support of mobile devices.
- Manage policy management changes and configuration management.
- Provide post-deployment support when helpdesk level analysts are unable to resolve issues.
- Liaise with internal technical teams, customer stakeholders, and service management functions to ensure aligned delivery.
- Handle issue resolution throughout the mobile lifecycle.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and transparency in delivery.
- Collaborate with 3rd line analysts to enhance support processes.
