- Experience in creating test coverage for both data and scenarios.
- Experience in business improvements and resolving live issues.
- Experience in mapping business processes and systems modeling.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to document requirements for development and reference materials.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring others.

Responsibilities
- Ensure processes are established for user stories to meet Scrum needs, supporting team members in delivery.
- Provide analysis representation in all relevant Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint planning, Sprint review).
- Collaborate with colleagues to define and assess test coverage for projects.
- Participate in the Business Improvement process and facilitate scoring sessions.
- Analyze business improvements and produce problem statements to outline user needs.
- Develop and maintain business process models and data flows within the squad.
- Mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts in business modeling.
- Capture changes made to existing services and document the impact on digital infrastructure.
- Ensure development teams understand user requirements and provide escalation for queries.
- Work closely with Product Managers to create work packages that align with our strategy.
- Collaborate with various teams to establish technical solutions for projects.
