Requirements
Must:
- Current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Well-developed communication skills with adults and children
- Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme as a legal requirement
Responsibilities
- Provide pool lifeguard supervision
- Deliver a range of leisure facility services depending on qualifications or training provided
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- Participate in training sessions as required
Description
We are looking for a Leisure & Recreation Attendant to join our team at Ionad Spòrs Leòdhais. This is a permanent position offering 37 hours per week with a salary range of £30,237 - £30,526 per annum, inclusive of a £2,997 Distant Islands Allowance. We value teamwork and communication, and we provide an opportunity for candidates to meet the team during in-person interviews.
