Requirements
Must:
- Understanding of cleaning requirements for commercial premises
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Awareness of Health and Safety issues related to handling and storage of materials and equipment
- Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme as a legal requirement
Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning duties including maintenance of floors
- Clean and dust furniture and fittings in designated areas
- Clean and disinfect toilets and changing rooms
- Wash, sweep, vacuum clean, and empty bins
- Polish and dust fixtures and fittings using powered equipment when necessary
Description
We are looking for a Cleaner at Sgoil Lionacleit for 16.5 hours per week, during term time. The position is permanent with a salary ranging from £10,862 to £10,966 annually, which includes a £1,155 Distant Islands Allowance. This role offers the chance to be part of a dedicated team and work in a supportive environment.
