Requirements
Must:
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development (e.g., classification, propensity, uplift, recommendation models)
- Proven experience in signal engineering, feature creation, and interpretation for consumer analytics use cases
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience working with large-scale consumer data and personalization or NBO platforms
- Experience in retail, CPG, telecom consumer analytics (nice to have)
- Exposure to real-time or near-real-time decisioning systems (nice to have)
- Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and cloud-based ML platforms (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, and interpret behavioral, transactional, and contextual signals for next best offer and next best action models
- Develop and productionize machine learning models using strong statistical and probabilistic techniques
- Work closely with business and analytics teams to translate consumer insights into measurable outcomes
- Build and maintain feature pipelines, model monitoring, and performance evaluation frameworks
- Ensure model explainability, robustness, and alignment with business and regulatory expectations
