- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, and facilitate planning sessions and Scrum events within agreed timeboxes
- Build positive relationships across teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Partner with other Scrum Masters to strengthen cross-team alignment and promote broader organisational adoption of Agile ways of working
Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master to help maximize customer value through strong Agile delivery. In this role, you will support multiple Scrum teams and work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and fellow Scrum Masters. Acting as a servant-leader, you will foster collaboration, creativity, and transparency across the organization.
