Requirements
Must:
- Valid Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS
- Proficient in Network Infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, routing)
- Security expertise, preferably with Sophos/Watchguard
- Experience with Android and iOS smart devices
- Bonus points for macOS support experience, Apple MDM (ABM, JAMF Pro), Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot
- Customer-focused with clear communication skills
- Attention to detail is a MUST
- Innovative and creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Trustworthy and reliable
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support both remotely and on-site to clients
- Solve technical issues day-to-day, dealing with fresh challenges regularly
- Occasionally travel between client locations as required
- Engage in weekend migrations and out-of-hours support
- Showcase technical skills during the interview process through practical demonstrations
Description
We are CMYK, a growing MSP in the UK, dedicated to providing exceptional IT support while caring about our staff and customers. Our office is based in Manchester, where we aim to build a team that shapes the future of IT support. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £32,000 per annum, along with benefits including a company vehicle, pension scheme, life insurance, and free on-site parking. Our core working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility required for occasional support.
