Requirements
Must:
- 5 - 7 years of application support experience with IAM services, tools, and solutions
- Proven hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting large-scale enterprise IAM solutions, including Cloud SSO and CIAM Platforms, LDAP Directories, Active Directory, Privileged Access Management platforms, MFA solutions
- Familiarity with hardware security keys
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing strategies, particularly Google Cloud Platform IAM primitives
- Knowledge of container technologies, especially Kubernetes, for secrets management and identity access
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Access Management (Federation/MFA/SSO)
- Some development experience in Shell Scripting, PowerShell, Python, Chef & Terraform
- Thorough knowledge of information security principles, practices, and procedures, particularly regarding IAM security systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and expert-level troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues to both technicians and business sponsors
- Strong knowledge of ITIL (problem and incident management) and applicable change and audit controls
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Certification in a leading PAM enterprise platform is preferred
- Security certifications such as CISSP or equivalent are highly desired

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced, hands-on troubleshooting, problem isolation, and rapid system recovery for critical IAM systems
- Lend timely support assistance for major incidents and participate in post-mortem analysis
- Conduct product upgrades to ensure operational readiness
- Participate in the on-call rotation and disaster recovery tests
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts to reduce repeated support calls and incidents
- Maintain highly automated and reliable directory solutions
- Proactively identify and automate existing manual tasks and processes
- Research and implement security best practices across supported platforms
- Assist teams in securely storing and retrieving secrets in line with industry best practices
- Develop processes, guidelines, and robust documentation for internal teams
- Aid information gathering for audits and oversee documentation efforts

As an IAM Staff Engineer, your core mission will be to ensure the stability and high availability of our mission-critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
