Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL
- Experience with Ruby, Perl, Go, or Scala is a bonus
- Proficient in cloud platforms, especially GCP or AWS
- Familiarity with cloud-specific native technologies and security concepts
- Experience with BigQuery is a major bonus
- In-depth understanding of cloud security principles and secure coding techniques
- Knowledge of security frameworks for cloud-based applications
- Experienced with containers and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Mesos, Docker Swarm)
- Skilled in automating infrastructure and workflows using tools like Terraform
- Understanding of Big Data frameworks like Spark, Flink, or Apache Beam
- Proficient in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git
- Experience in comprehensive system testing and optimizing solutions
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and DevSecOps principles
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives independently
- Ability to effectively manage tasks collaboratively and autonomously
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Shape core capabilities for our platforms success on GCP
- Automate and optimize workflows for seamless CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement data platform services
- Establish, enhance, and automate fundamental platform functionalities
- Emphasize scalability, resiliency, recoverability, and compliance in platform design
- Drive the evolution of our data infrastructure to leverage data insights effectively
