Requirements
Must:
- Eagerness to learn
- Experience with Linux & Windows-based systems and Cloud-based platform(s)
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience and knowledge of working with distributed systems
- Exposure to working with metrics & monitoring tools like Splunk and Grafana
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code
- Competent scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, with supervision, and support existing development/QA platforms
- Demonstrate knowledge of basic systems (Linux/Windows) and distributed computing architecture
- Document deployment and configuration procedures
- Define simple problems and describe the cause and effect relationship
- Troubleshoot simple, known issues with support and document problem resolution with supervision
