Requirements
Must:
- Academic Achievement: GCSE grade B or above in English and Maths.
- A-Level predicted or achieved grades of BBB or above by August 2025, with one qualification in Maths, Chemistry, Physics, or a Computing-related subject.
- Preference for STEM subjects, particularly Computer Science or Computing.
- Evidence of a genuine interest in technology through personal projects or relevant experience.
- Personal qualities: drive, commitment, eagerness to learn, good communication and collaboration skills.
- Preference may be given for a Grade B or above at A-Level in Software Systems Development, Computing, or Computer Science, along with coding experience.
Responsibilities
- Join our Degree Apprenticeship Programme in Belfast.
- Study one day a week for a degree at one of our partner universities.
- Work four days a week at CME Group, gaining practical experience through six-month rotations across various technology teams.
- Participate in areas including Software Development, Cyber Security, Operational Resilience, Infrastructure and Operations, and User Experience.
- Contribute to real projects as part of our global corporate organization in our central Belfast office.
- Engage in on-the-job coaching and training in business acumen, technology, and soft skills.
