Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of operational processes and business requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework (EF)
- Knowledge of SQL Server
- Desirable: VB.NET and VBA (Excel), Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to deliver training workshops and documentation effectively
- Experience in engaging and managing third-party partners for project support
Responsibilities
- Work closely with management and key stakeholders to maintain and improve business information systems
- Lead and support requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Scope, design, and present technical solutions to business challenges
- Implement solutions across a range of technologies in line with specifications
- Deliver training workshops on new and updated systems
- Engage and manage third-party partners for issue resolution and project support
- Maintain accurate documentation and a comprehensive knowledge base of systems and processes
- Act as a technical escalation point for the ICT team
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement
